Are you an electrician with experience in Solar PV looking for a Lead Electrician role where you will have the chance to work with new, innovative renewable energy technologies?

My client is a reputable and well-known organisation who provide both domestic and commercial renewable energy services to businesses and communities across the Devon area. With innovation in mind - they have developed new ways to distribute clean energy and are moving to work on new technologies such as wind and hydro.

In this role - you will be overseeing and setting the standard for domestic and commercial Solar PV installations across the Devon area. From hands on installation work, to commissioning, fault finding and team leadership - this is an exciting role where you will have the chance to future-proof your skillset within the future of energy.

This is an ideal role for an electrician with experience in Solar PV looking to take the next step in your career within a company who are developing new and innovative power sharing technologies. You will be looking for an influential and senior role where you can train into future renewable energy systems - adding more strings to your bow!

The Role:

  • Electrical installation of Solar PV systems for Domestic and Commercial clients.
  • Overseeing installers and setting a sound electrical standard to installs.
  • Fault finding, troubleshooting and commissioning Solar PV systems.
  • Being a part of a new, energy sharing technology looking to change the future of powering communities and businesses.
  • Local work to Devon - starting at 8 and finishing at 16:30.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Electrician to at least a NVQ 2 standard.
  • Experience in Solar PV Installations - domestic and small scale commercial.
  • Experience as a Lead Electrician, including signing off work, commissioning and fault finding.
  • Driven by a passion for renewable energy and looking to work with new, industry-first innovations within the sector.
