- Initiating and managing projects with efficient procedures
- Procuring materials and managing off-site services
- Assisting with work package development alongside the project team
- Issuing and evaluating subcontractor tender invitations
- Ensuring positive cash flow through timely valuations, invoicing, and collections
- Supporting the resolution of final accounts, including variations and disputes
- Contributing to cost-value reconciliations and forecasts
- Reviewing tender inquiries for accuracy and completeness
- Managing supply chain communications and documentation
- Analysing costs and preparing detailed price submissions
- Monitoring bid progress and aligning budgets with project forecasts
- Demonstrated experience in a similar estimating role
- Proven background in Design & Build (D&B) projects
- Strong track record in construction estimating
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly numerate with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient in IT and relevant estimating software
- Full, valid driving licence
