Your Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied commercial property caseload, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Sales and leases
- Landlord and tenant
- Commercial and residential development and infrastructure
- Finance and securities
- Overage and clawback
- Development agreements
- Get exposure to agricultural land matters
- Options and conditional contracts
- Sales and Purchases of businesses (including hotels, pubs etc)
- Play a key role in enhancing the firm’s reputation
- Engage with an established & diverse client base
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualification as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years of experience
- Any additional agricultural experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Additional Details:
- Full-time position preferred, but part-time or flexible arrangements can be considered.
