The Role:
As a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will manage a broad caseload of privately funded family matters including:
- Divorce & separation
- Financial remedy and family finance cases
- Civil partnership dissolution
- Cohabitation disputes
- Private Children Act matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Exposure to or knowledge of legal aid protocols is a bonus but not essential, as the team primarily handles private family law.
You’ll also be encouraged to grow existing client relationships and contribute to developing new business streams.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ years PQE preferred)
- Experience in managing your own caseload of family law matters
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ambition to contribute to a collaborative team and potentially lead it in future
