Experienced Branch Manager required for reputable, established and highly sought after Independent Torquay Estate Agency with OTE £30-40,000.An multi branched, independent estate agency with an excellent reputation across the region require a Branch Manager with recent property experience, used to working to target for either an independent or corporate firm.Situated across the South West this agent has strong rural links, and the ideal candidate must ideally have good local knowledge as well as having strong leadership and management skills.As the prospective candidate you will already be at branch manager level or an experienced senior valuer ready to take the next step in your career, have a track record of delivering results and have an excellent conversion rate. You must have a self-driven approach and the desire to succeed. You will be polished in appearance and have your own car.The role in brief:
- Training, supervision and motivation of staff.
- Carry out market appraisals and listing property for sale.
- Assist other staff members and supervise the sales team.
- Ensure branch targets are met
- Maintaining efficient day to day operation of the office.

In return my client offers an excellent salary package with competitive basic depending on experience and with a commission structure for achieving office targets set.
