As a Housing Officer you'll be doing:

Managing a patch of general needs properties across Devon
Supporting residents with tenancy issues, including low level ASB and safeguarding concerns
Carrying out estate inspections and tenancy audits
Working closely with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams to resolve problems
Promoting tenancy sustainment and resident engagement
