Social Worker JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker with a strong background in Children with Disabilities (CWD) to join a committed team delivering essential services to children, young people, and families. The role offers hybrid working with office attendance required for duty systems and statutory visits.
- Provide timely, high-quality social work services
- Participate in duty systems and statutory family visits
- Mentor and coach less experienced or newly qualified social workers
- Manage a full and complex caseload
- Develop and monitor cost-effective, policy-compliant care packages
Social Worker Requirements
- Proven experience in working with childrens services
- Current enhanced DBS Disclosure
- Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
- Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
