Acorn by Synergie are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Torrington. If you're safety-conscious, have a valid forklift license, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move goods safely around the site
- Ensure all loads are secured and handled safely in compliance with company procedures
- Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance on forklift equipment
- Assist with general warehouse or yard duties as required, including manual handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification - Counterbalance
- Driving licence required due to location
- Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
