Interim Human Resources Business Partner - £55k - North Devon

Are you an experienced Human Resources Business Partner looking for an exciting new project?

Well Placed HR have been engaged by a fantastic organisation as they look to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner to join their friendly people team. Based in North Devon, this interesting service provider is currently experiencing a period of growth and is seeking extra support within their HR team as they roll out their exciting new people strategy.

This role will support the people function in all areas of generalist HR, with a focus on employee relations. This is an extremely operational role, and my client is seeking a candidate who is happy to jump in at the deep end, but alongside this, they are hoping to find someone with blended experience, who is also able to assist with strategic HR when required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex ER issues
  • Working closely with management to create a culture of excellence through engagement, morale building, and increasing productivity
  • Delivering key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, restructuring, pay and reward, engagement, and performance management
  • Developing and implementing practices and procedures to further support the organisation's strategy

My client is seeking an experienced candidate who is ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified, although those who are qualified by their experience are still welcome to apply. You will be an expert in employee relations, with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and goal-oriented.

This fantastic position is offered for a period of six months. You will receive an excellent salary (circa £55k pro rata), a hybrid working arrangement, and great benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement. Please note, applicants must live within a commutable distance of North Devon, due to the requirements of the role.
