We are currently looking for a full time confident and outgoing commercial property administrator with a salary in the region of £25-28,000 with no Saturday working, for one of our Property clients based in their beautiful Totnes office, commercial property department. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the friendly and dedicated team working in a busy office with the scope to develop and progress.Whilst no property experienced is required, it would be useful, especially on the lettings or property management side. Customer service and administration experience is a must though. This full-time role would ideally suit someone who enjoys working as part of property team and is keen to learn within a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of commercial and residential property with the ideal candidate being proactive, well-organised, computer-literate and able to work on their own initiative.As a Commercial Administrator you will be involved in the entire day to day commercial management processes and the administration associated with it, meeting and greeting clients and dealing with a broad range of day-to-day landlord and tenant enquires. Your aim is to ensure smooth and efficient transactions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants. Desired skills and attributes
