Senior Accounts Assistant

Full-time, 37.5hrs per week, Permanent, Office based in Totnes, Pension, £30,000 (DOE).

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills to join an industry leader.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily banking functions, including reconciling client and office bank accounts.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
• Assisting in the annual audit process.
• Preparing annual accounts for Clients
• Regular reporting on financial accounts

You will have

• AAT Level 3 or 4, Semi Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or qualified by experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a desire to progress in the role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients on a daily basis.
