Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and maintain annual budgets and forecasts across departments

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Analyse budget performance and provide variance explanations

Implement and oversee financial controls and compliance with company policies

Support strategic planning and financial decision-making

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and payroll

Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions

Provide financial insights to management and contribute to cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting and budget control

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting tools

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)
