Quality Inspector (Engineering / 4 Day Week)
£35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression to Management + Christmas Bonus + Profit Share + Optional 4 Day Week

Are you a Quality Inspector with a background in engineering looking to join a tight knit company which will offer you extensive training, progression into Management and 2 bonuses?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as leader of a small team, carrying out quality inspections of the bespoke cable and box built assemblies. This role will include inspections and working with the production team to ensure the highest quality of cable assemblies is maintained. You will have the opportunity to either work Monday to Friday or 4 days a week 7am - 6pm and be fully trained on IPC Wiring Regulations.

This company is far reaching, having supplied to military, motor sports and entertainment industries for the last 15 years and rapidly growing with each year. This is an opportunity for a Quality Inspector from any Engineering background looking to develop and step into their next chapter as a Senior, leading a team while being supported through continuous training and courses.

The Role:

Quality inspecting, Bespoke cable and box built assemblies.
Training on IPC, Management and Quality
Leading a team of 2

Quality Inspector or similar
Engineering background

The Shift:

Choose between these 2 options

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm Friday 7am-12pm
4 days a week (of your choice) 7am-6pm
