The Role
Here at Aspire People, we are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Geography Teacher to join a committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students by delivering engaging and meaningful geography lessons that inspire curiosity about the world.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver a high-quality Geography curriculum across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5)
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of students
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Geography, ideally in a specialist or SEN/SEMH setting
* Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, compassionate approach
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Resilience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching
