Are you an experienced Service or Aftersales Manager with a background in the automotive repair industry? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established bodyshop in Towcester that is seeking a proactive, customer-focused manager to lead its front-of-house and aftersales operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day service and aftersales operations of the bodyshop

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction throughout the repair process

  • Manage bookings, estimates, progress updates, and final handovers

  • Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion

  • Handle invoicing, warranty claims, and administration

  • Monitor performance targets and identify areas for improvement

  • Support and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high standards

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, or Bodyshop Advisor role

  • Strong understanding of bodyshop operations and repair processes

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a varied workload

  • Familiarity with estimating software and dealership or bodyshop management systems

  • A proactive and approachable leadership style

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
