We are working with a leading structural engineering and fabrication company to recruit an H&S Advisor. Reporting directly to the H&S Manager, the H&S Advisor will be responsible for providing health and safety support and guidance to the business.

The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for:
- Promoting good H&S practices throughout the business.
- Creating tactical plans for improved performance and drive the development of safety culture.
- Lead Safety Committee Meetings.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Integrated QEHS Management Systems with ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001.
- Undertake site audits and inspections to achieve compliance, and report back findings for any corrective actions needed.
- Work with clients and sub-contractors to build alignment with the business' HSE approach.

The H&S Advisor will have:
- NEBOSH GC or equivalent level 3 qualification.
- Ideally a membership with IOSH.
- Working knowledge of current legislation including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- An enthusiasm to learn and develop with good interpersonal skills.
