We are currently recruiting for a Sales Agent to join a leading distributor in Treorchy in what will be an exciting, newly created role. This is an office based role involving up to 80% inbound calls and your role will be to promote, up-sell, cross sell and look for potential new business opportunities for a company with a large client base and a nationwide presence.
As Sales Agent you will:
- Be confident in making outbound calls and receiving in bound calls from existing customers and new potential customers
- Promote the company's products and services and enjoy the sales aspect to customer service
- Use your customer service experience to full advantage when providing solutions to problems, new quotes and a range of options for new potential customers
- Display attention to detail when working off multiple CRM systems and keeping customers up to date on the status of their orders
- Be driven to deliver results and create new business opportunities for the company
