About the Role:As a Production Operative, you will be working in a busy flour mill environment, operating machinery and supporting the day-to-day running of the production process. Key Responsibilities:Operating milling and production machinery
Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
Following strict health & safety and hygiene procedures
Carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a production or factory environment
Previous experience in food production or milling is a bonus, but not essential full training will be provided
