Contract: Full-time, long-term, temp-to-perm
Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 (MPS to UPS, 2025/26 academic year)

A highly regarded school in Tring is looking for an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their caring and collaborative team from January 2026. This role is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who want to make a real difference in a supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified teacher with QTS and experience in SEND or special educational needs

Passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs

Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt lessons to suit individual pupils

Ability to create engaging and accessible lessons across the curriculum

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons that challenge and support pupils with SEND

Monitor and track pupil progress to ensure success

Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff on curriculum and interventions

Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Participate in parents’ evenings and school activities
