The Role:
My Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of The Artisan.This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a diverse team, and driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
Provide guidance and support to employees, promoting their growth and development
Operational Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including daily service, reservations, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and procedures.
Monitor and manage expenses while ensuring profitability.The Artisan
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are consistently met or exceeded.
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to create lasting positive impressions.
Artisanal Focus:
Collaborate with local suppliers and artisans to source high-quality, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients.
Assist in menu development and updates that showcase artisanal produce and creative culinary offerings.
Maintain awareness of food and beverage trends within the artisanal and craft industry.The Artisan
Financial Management:
Develop budgets, forecast revenue, and control expenses.
Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.The Artisan
Marketing & Promotion:
Work closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's unique concept and offerings.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, special events, and promotions to attract and retain customers.The Artisan
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast paced restaurant or similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of artisanal food and beverage products, including sourcing and preparation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Proficiency in financial management and cost control.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
