Project Engineer / Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from start to finish.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.

• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within an engineering or technical environment.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field preferred.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
