- Develop project scopes, objectives, and feasibility assessments in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review proposals, manage budgets, and conduct cost analysis.
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Manage risks, establish mitigation plans, and communicate contingencies.
- Chair and present at program meetings (design reviews, progress updates, gate reviews).
- Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships to exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and regulatory standards.
- Monitor fiscal performance and adjust plans to meet program needs.

- Education: Engineering degree or related field; APM certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years project/programme management experience
- Background: Need to have a mechanical engineering / manufacturing background
- Need to have exposure to mechanical product development NPI, NPD
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Earned Value Management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
