What you will be doing :
- Handling incoming customer calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally
- Processing customer orders efficiently
- Resolving customer queries and issues with a positive and solution-focused attitude
- Liaison with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Assisting with monitoring and managing stock levels
- Updating records and maintaining accurate customer information
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a customer service role essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Good IT skills including CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A team player with a proactive attitude
