Branch Support Administrator – Fire & Safety Industry

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are working with our valued client, a well-established Fire & Safety company, to recruit a motivated and organised Branch Support Administrator to join their small, friendly team at their Trowbridge satellite office.

This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, administration, and operational support, with the opportunity to work closely with all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sending quotations to customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Carrying out general office administration tasks
  • Managing stock control and booking deliveries
  • Providing customer service and sales support to the branch team
  • Assisting colleagues across the business with admin duties as required
  • Supporting with occasional local deliveries (UK driving licence essential)

About You:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a small team environment
  • Holds a valid UK driving licence
