Options Resourcing are working with a regional commercial contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a large new build residential housing project in the Trowbridge area.
The successful Site Manager will have worked within the same sector for a minimum 5/7 years and be able to demonstrate This is a crucial role to ensure that all project milestones are hit, whilst also maintaining the quality standards. As the Site Manager you will be expected to complete daily progress reports and be proactive identifying potential issues and demonstrate the initiative and knowledge to resolve those issues.
As Site Manager you will be responsible for:
Day to day management of site
Liaison with the subcontractors
Ordering materials
Maintaining the program of works
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality standards
Day-to-day reporting and planning
Requirements:
BSc or HND
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Black Card
