Key Responsibilities:
- Handle contractual and legal elements of construction projects to ensure profitability and compliance
- Prepare accurate estimates for materials, time, and labour
- Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors to meet build and quality targets
- Monitor subcontractor performance against budgets and KPIs
- Collaborate across departments to drive project delivery
- Produce valuation reports and commercial insights for management
- Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in the housebuilding industry is essential
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and building standards
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheets
