Accounts Administrator

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a leading company in Trowbridge who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

This role is perfect for something who has a passion for accounts and is looking for that first role to get into the industry. 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
  • Provide support to the accounting team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
