Given the remote nature of some locations, a valid driver's license is essential for this role. You'll manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients, with the aim of facilitating around 2 job placements per month and sustaining employment for at least 3 months. Additionally, you'll engage with 4-5 new service users monthly, extending our reach to those in need.Day to day, you'll provide invaluable support to clients, assisting with career planning, job searching, and interview preparation, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and confidence for success.Salary ranges from £26,814 to £32,000, commensurate with experience.
