We'll provide comprehensive training to become an IPS (Individual Placement and Support) specialist, dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals on their journey to employment.Our programme focuses on supporting individuals undergoing structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol use, fostering their recovery and reintegration into the workforce.Opportunities are available in North and South Wiltshire, where you'll collaborate with partner organisations. Given the remote nature of some locations, a valid driver's license is essential for this role. You'll manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients, with the aim of facilitating around 2 job placements per month and sustaining employment for at least 3 months. Additionally, you'll engage with 4-5 new service users monthly, extending our reach to those in need.Day to day, you'll provide invaluable support to clients, assisting with career planning, job searching, and interview preparation, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and confidence for success.Salary ranges from £26,814 to £32,000, commensurate with experience.
