Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of automotive parts and supplies
  • Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Process parts order, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of required parts
  • Track and manage parts warranties and documentation
