Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in customer service and inventory management? We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of automotive parts and supplies
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Process parts order, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of required parts
- Track and manage parts warranties and documentation
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a parts department or the automotive industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude
