Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our prestigious client based in the Trowbridge area who urgently require an Engineering Services Manager on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
In this varied, hands-on role you will manage the engineering team to ensure machinery and equipment is fully functional and efficient, duties will include :
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervision of a small team
- Overseeing and scheduling planned, reactive and preventative maintenance
- Efficient stock management
- Identifying operational issues and finding practical solutions
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous mechanical and electrical engineering experience is essential
- Hydraulic and pneumatic exposure also highly beneficial
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Good level of IT skills including maintenance and stock management systems
- The ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail
