Due to increasing demand and growth ambitions, they're now looking to bring on a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team.
As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience by working directly with senior engineers, attending site visits, assisting with design work, and managing your own small projects. You'll be involved in client meetings, take part in project discussions, and get exposure to a broad spectrum of tasks. Training and mentoring will be provided, including support for chartership and relevant courses.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Structural Engineering or a related field, with excellent communication skills and a motivated, optimistic attitude. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - what's more important is a willingness to learn and grow within the business.

The Role:
- Assist with structural designs
- Attend site visits and client meetings
- Support project delivery from start to finish
- Collaborate with senior engineers and the wider team

The Person:
- Degree in Structural Engineering or similar
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients/team
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Based commutable to Truro - with potential hybrid working flexibility
- Must have a UK driver's licence
- Must have full right to work in the UK (Not Graduate Visa)
