This company works across both residential and commercial sectors, offering design services, building inspections, party wall services and more - with projects ranging from small domestic works to large-scale, multi-million-pound developments in unique locations. Due to increasing demand and growth ambitions, they're now looking to bring on a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team.

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience by working directly with senior engineers, attending site visits, assisting with design work, and managing your own small projects. You'll be involved in client meetings, take part in project discussions, and get exposure to a broad spectrum of tasks. Training and mentoring will be provided, including support for chartership and relevant courses.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Structural Engineering or a related field, with excellent communication skills and a motivated, optimistic attitude. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - what's more important is a willingness to learn and grow within the business.

  • Based commutable to Truro - with potential hybrid working flexibility
  • Must have a UK driver's licence
  • Must have full right to work in the UK (Not Graduate Visa)
