- Conduct pre-construction site visits, undertaking inspections to ensure project feasibility
- Experience in delivering Party Wall Surveys is desirable but not essential
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, analysis and technical design ability are essential and are considered key attributes for the role
- Excellent knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, procedures, and Structural principles
- Review project documents and be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Maintain excellent client relationships with architects, contractors and more
