We're looking for a junior-level Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS qualified or close to it) to join a friendly and supportive team working across stunning locations such as St Ives, Falmouth, Padstow, Crantock, Perranporth, Port Isaac, and St Mawes. If you're just starting out or recently qualified, this is an ideal role to gain experience and grow with the support of experienced professionals around you.
Job Role
You'll assist with HomeBuyer Reports, Building Surveys, and private valuations, learning on the job while contributing to a range of residential projects-from character cottages to coastal family homes.
You'll have regular support and mentoring, plus the flexibility to work from home or out in the field. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll take on more responsibility, with a clear pathway for progression.

Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified or working towards AssocRICS or MRICS status
- Strong interest in residential property and a desire to develop your skills
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working across multiple locations with support
- Â A proactive mindset and a team-first attitude
