ITS Group are a leading construction recruitment specialist with over 50 years experience. Our South West division have been supplying local construction projects for over 20 years across Devon & Cornwall

On behalf of our client, a national flagship housebuilder we are looking for aResident Liaison Officer(RLO) to join their team on site in Truro. You will be based at the main site offices in Truro, residents are in situ along with the programme of new build construction still underway. You will report direct to the site project team

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, must have customer liaison experienceeither on new build housing or through housing association or local council residential liaison roles

As the RLO you will act as the main point of contact between the site team and the residents to ensure clear and effective communication, manage expectations, address concerns, and help minimise disruption during the project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication:Keeping residents informed about project timelines, scope, and potential disruptions
  • Problem-solving:Addressing resident complaints and concerns, working towards quick and efficient solutions.
  • Coordination:Coordinating access to homes for contractors, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Relationship building:Fostering a positive relationship between residents and the project team and engaging regularly with residents to foster community
  • Documentation:Maintaining records of resident feedback, meetings, and other relevant information.

This contract is for a minimum 6 months, but likely to continue beyond this.
