Join a friendly team as an Administrator where organisation and providing excellent Customer Service is paramount!
Based in the bustling city of Truro you will be instrumental in providing an excellent service to all clients, whilst supporting a small busy team with Administration support.
What you will be doing:
- Audio Typing survey's and reports to an accurate level in a timely manner
- Arranging appointments, managing diaries and ensuring correct documentation is provided
- Dealing with enquiries over the phone and via email
- Issuing reports to clients
- Invoicing using a CRM Database (no accounts skills required) as training will be given
- Being the helping hand around the office, scanning and electronic filing, post, purchasing office supplies
We are seeking someone who has a passion for being organised and reactive to the companies needs to meet deadlines. You must possess the ability to multi-task and be accurate with excellent customer service skills
What will you get:
12.60 per hour plus the opportunity to receive a performance related quarterly bonus
Working hours are 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday & Friday as this is a shared position with another part time person
830am to 5pm with 1 hr lunch break
