Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working alongside the Clinical Director and Head of Nursing, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred services while meeting operational, financial and performance targets.This pivotal role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive transformational change across clinical services. You’ll play a key role in shaping future models of care for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly as part of our ambitious transformation programme.Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Resilient, innovative and quality-focused with a passion for improving patient care
