As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and students, helping to deliver engaging lessons and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. You’ll provide individual and small group support, assist with classroom activities, and play an important role in helping students reach their full potential—both academically and personally.

• Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and daily classroom activities

• Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who need extra help

• Assisting pupils with additional needs—academic, emotional, or behavioural

• Promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging student confidence

• Helping with classroom organisation and administrative tasks
