?? What Youll Be DoingAs Branch Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping the branch performing at its best. You wont be managing the team directly thats the Branch Managers job but you will be leading by example, coordinating team efforts, and working closely with customers to deliver an excellent experience.
Your role will involve:
Supporting the sales strategy helping develop and deliver business plans to grow customer accounts
Monitoring branch performance tracking targets and using data to identify opportunities
Working closely with the external sales team to win new business and retain existing customers
Promoting product knowledge offering the right solutions to customers while boosting profitability
Engaging the team getting everyone on board with goals and sales plans
Driving promotions and collaborating with suppliers to maximise branch potential
Championing safety ensuring the branch maintains a strong safety culture
£29,000 £32,000 basic salary

MonFri, 7:30am5:00pm
Every other Saturday, 8:00am12:00pm
Experienced in customer-facing roles ideally with 2+ years of frontline sales experience
Confident communicator with a knack for negotiation and building lasting relationships
Driven and commercially aware you understand how to spot opportunities and act on them
Team-oriented you collaborate, motivate, and lead by example
Resilient and adaptable thriving under pressure and always keeping the customer first
Familiar with the local market you understand the competitive landscape and know how to make your branch stand out
