JOB TITLE : MAINTENANCE OPEARTIVE
LOCATION : CORNWALL
We're looking for a skilled maintenance operative to become part of our team. So, we need and want a skilled and outgoing person to join our friendly team. We need you to step in and make a difference!

You will be working in new homes carrying varied remedial works which will include all types of decoration, dry lining, carpentry, ad hoc maintenance/remedial works, minor external works to slabs, fencing and gates

The role:
To provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes
- To complete works to a high standard of quality in line with NHBC/LABC/Premier, with a consistent approach to finishes
- Assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding remedial solutions
- To organise and prioritise workload and review defects lists to ensure that any materials required are collected prior to customer appointments.
- Ad hoc duties and assist with any customer ready inspection works when required.
- Work as part of a team and provide support to the Customer Service Manager and Coordinator.
- Carry out work in a safe, cost-effective manner and look for opportunities to reduce costs and improve standards.
What experience do I need?
- Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance
- Painting and Joinery experience is required
- PASMA certificate is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- First Aid qualification would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
