We’re looking for Community Carers to support people in their own homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Previous care experience is valued, but what matters most is empathy, a positive attitude, and a drive to brighten someone’s day.

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay: £13.30 – £13.80 per hour

Shifts:

  • 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm (flexible)

  • Alternate weekends

Your role:

  • Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship

  • Help with daily tasks and maintain safe, clean homes

  • Encourage independence and confidence in clients

  • Support appointments and communicate with families and professionals

  • Keep accurate records and raise any concerns

What we’re looking for:

  • Genuine passion for caring for others

  • Strong communication skills and reliability

  • Availability for alternate weekends

  • Full UK driving licence & access to a car

  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
