An opportunity has presented its self! A Technical Administrator is required to become part of an evolving and stimulating business that is making its mark within global markets. This role requires 32 hours per week, across 4 days a week and flexible start and finish times.

Reporting into the Technical Lead your Responsibilities will include:

Respond to customer requests in an accurate and professional manner, from answering individual customer queries to completing technical information for larger food manufacturing and retail clients.

Providing support in preparation for internal and external audits

Handle customer complaints, including monitoring complaints to identify issues and trends.

Manage and keep accurate records of quality control reports, production data, and other relevant documentation.

Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and management, to ensure smooth information flow and timely documentation updates.

Help maintain BRCGS accreditation

Requirements:

Excellent organisational and documentation management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical information.

Proficient in Microsoft systems (including Excel) and ideally some experience with online retailer specification systems.

Understanding of food safety standards and regulations; knowledge of BRCGS would be beneficial.
