An established and growing accountancy practice near Tunbridge Wells l is on the lookout for a capable and experienced Senior Accountant to join the team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead, support others, and make a real impact in a relaxed and collaborative working environment. The Role:This is a hands-on senior position designed to support the Partners with:

Reviewing and preparing complex sets of accounts
Completing VAT returns
Direct client communication and relationship management
Supervising and mentoring a skilled team of accountants
Ensuring timely submission of accounts and tax returns
Using IRIS software for accounts production

Who They're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

Be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACAA) with strong accounts experience
Be confident in leading and supporting a team
Likely bring a mature and steady approach to your work
Be approachable, professional, and capable of fostering a positive team culture
(Bonus if you’ve used IRIS, but not essential)

Hours & Benefits:

9am – 5pm
20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service
