This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who is looking to focus on managing and developing existing client relationships - with no outbound sales involved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide quotes and secure necessary approvals
  • Keep clients updated on job progress and scheduling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow account value
  • Prepare reports and attend client meetings
  • Complete associated administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within an office environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
