Are you experienced in DIY and general building maintenance? Do you have a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a School Caretaker at a prestigious boys grammar school in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is a permanent, full-time role with the hours being 8am until 4pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with strong maintenance skills to branch out into an education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Caretaker/Facilities Manager in maintaining and developing the school premises and grounds.
Ensure the school is a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all.
Assist the site team at both school sites, demonstrating flexibility in hours as required.

Requirements:

Experience in DIY and general building maintenance.
Good level of literacy and numeracy.
Commitment to Health and Safety procedures.
Ability to contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of children and young people.
