In a varied and busy role with customer relationship building at the core…

Focused on leading and managing the experience of existing customers, you will be involved with:

- Escalated customer handling and query management, including customer visits

- Coaching, training and development support to a team

- Overseeing budgets and signing off invoices

- Producing management and customer reports

- Managing documentation such as training documents and standard procedures

- Liaising between departments such as supply chain and sales to support smooth day-to-day operations

Mon - Fri 37.5 hours + paid overtime hours

£30,000-£35,000
