The ideal Sous Chef will be a passionate foodie who loves working with fresh, seasonal produce. Someone who enjoys training and mentoring a team to get the best out of them and can support the Head Chef with menu design, stock control, ordering and all relevant health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Due to the rural location, your own transport will be essential.
