We are seeking an organised, adaptable, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our clients busy and fast paced team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a permanent, full-time role in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly - so flexibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet are essential.

You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring service level agreements are met. The role involves building strong client relationships, resolving queries promptly, and overseeing the smooth running of allocated contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth contract delivery and meeting service levels agreed within contract

  • Keep clients updated on contract performance and job status.

  • Respond to client queries promptly by email and telephone.

  • Monitor service delivery to ensure contracted schedules are adhered to.

  • Generate and follow up on quotes.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships to retain and grow account revenue.

  • Prepare KPI reports and participate in client meetings.

  • Oversee mobilisation of new client accounts.

  • Maintain and update both internal and client systems.

  • Complete administration tasks and ensure strong communication between all stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Proven experience in client account management or customer service based role.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Confident in managing multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Proficient in using IT systems and databases.

  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
