Our client, a leading global brand is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to their team where you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Customer Service Advisers, where you will provide leadership and direction to the department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a Customer Service team in a fast-paced environment, confident being the go-to for any questions or queries whilst providing leadership to the department.
This is an office-based position in Tunbridge Wells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help and support the team whilst building relationships with customers
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Monitor team performance against internal KPIs and targets
- Be to goto for any questions or queries within the team whilst managing recruitment and disciplinaries with team members also
- Hold regular team meetings
- Provide weekly department reports
Key Experience:
- Previous experience as a customer Service Manager, confident managing a team of Customer Service Advisers
- Experience in a fastpaced environment, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times
- Experienced in training staff members, ensuring standards and targets are met
- Capable acting as the goto for any questions or queries
- Experienced in providing feedback, training and mentoring to team members
