  • New Business Generation – Build and maintain a profitable client portfolio across the local business landscape.
  • Sales Strategy & Prospecting – Research and identify high-value leads.
  • Tailored Advice – Understand unique business needs and provide bespoke solutions.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities – Introduce clients to wider services.
  • Marketing & Events – Represent the agency at community events, local shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Deliver outstanding support and advice throughout the customer journey.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and internal procedures.

About you:
  • Proven ability to generate and convert new business leads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with high levels of initiative
  • Professional, resilient, and customer-focused
  • Solid IT literacy (e.g., MS Office, iFaces, Insights)
  • Understanding of commercial insurance is advantageous
  • Cert CII (or working towards) is a plus
