Our client is seeking to appoint a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join their successful team working at an exceptional Nursery based in Tunbridge wells, Kent .

Person Specification:

Level 3 Childcare qualification

Experience of working in a nursery setting

Good written and verbal communications

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)

Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)

Some of the Nursery Nurse responsibilities will include:

  • Working with EYFS curriculum and planning exciting age appropriate activities
  • Supporting children at sleep times and with personal care
  • Key worker responsibilities, settling new children, maintaining children’s development records and planning next steps
  • Working in partnership with parents, careers and key interfacing groups
  • Ensure all staff are working to nursery policy and procedures
  • Attending parent’s evenings and open days as required
  • Attending staff meetings and training as required
  • Working 40 hours per week
